It’s Always Just One Thing
Why do you like an Apple phone over an Android?
Why do you prefer one restaurant over another?
Why is the (fill in your favorite) NFL team your favorite?
What vacation resort made your last vacation outstanding?
What do you like best about your home? Your car?
If you can tell a prospective customer just one thing about your bowling center or FEC what would it be?
Write it down. Just one thing.
So I ask, do you communicate “that one thing through your actions?”
p.s. If you say “friendly”, how are you proving “friendly” every day? Do you have any testimonials or reviews to corroborate your “Just One Thing?”
If not, then you may not be what you say you are, at least not in the eyes of the customers you serve.
